Terms and Conditions


The following terms and conditions are explained, which apply between the organizer of the Gans Anders Festival (hereinafter referred to as the organizer) and you, when you have purchased a ticket. By purchasing a ticket, you accept compliance with and binding to the terms and conditions. You should therefore read these carefully!

The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. All changes can be found on this website. Therefore, continuously check this section for changes and make sure you stay updated, as you are bound by these terms and conditions.

In case of a violation of these terms, the organizer reserves the right to cancel tickets, deny entry, expel the ticket holder from the premises, or seize contested items, and in any case, retain all funds paid for the respective ticket.

 

General

  • Your customer data, including contact information, will be used to keep you informed about the Gans Anders Festival. To stop receiving general information via email, please contact contact@gans-anders.com informally.
  • At Gans Anders, we do not tolerate any sexist, racist, or other intrusive, aggressive behavior.
  • Please use the available trash bins and recycling stations. Without prior written consent from the organizer, no trading or other commercial activities by visitors on the event premises are allowed.
  • The organizer does not take responsibility for goods or services sold by third-party vendors.
  • The use of tickets or the Gans Anders brand for marketing, media, or sales promotion purposes, whether commercially or non-commercially, is not allowed without written permission from the organizer.
  • Burning of plastic, paper, trash, etc., is not permitted on the entire premises and may be subject to legal action.
  • It is strictly prohibited to make fires or grill on the event premises.
  • Pyrotechnics, lasers, fog machines, strobe lighting, and special effects may occur during some performances. Individuals with epilepsy are advised to stay away from light elements such as lasers and stages.
  • Parents and guardians of children are reminded that some areas of the event, especially immediately in front of the stages, are not suitable for children.
  • WARNING: Loud music can damage your hearing!

 

Entry, Tickets, and Refund

  • Tickets are exclusively available online through the Paylogic ticket shop. Do not purchase tickets from other sources. Gans Anders tickets are issued exclusively in electronic form as “E-Ticket.”
  • After a successful payment, the E-Ticket will be sent to your email address.
  • Upon entry, you will receive a Gans Anders Festival wristband upon presentation of your valid ticket. Entry and stay on the festival grounds are only allowed for visitors with a Gans Anders Festival wristband. The wristbands must not be removed, destroyed, damaged, or cut, otherwise, they will lose their validity. The organizer reserves the right to request identity verification by presenting a valid photo ID to event personnel.

 

Refund

  • The organizer reserves the right to change the content or timing of the entire event or a part thereof due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, without being obligated to refund or exchange tickets.
  • Gans Anders tickets can only be refunded if the festival is completely canceled or postponed by one calendar year. Otherwise, Gans Anders tickets generally cannot be refunded.
  • For example, no refund will be provided if you are unable to attend the festival due to unforeseen circumstances, if weather conditions prevent the event from taking place fully or partially, or if force majeure, such as war, actions and regulations of authorities, strikes, or disasters prevent the festival’s execution.

 

Minimum Age

  • Only individuals aged 18 and above are allowed to attend the Gans Anders Festival upon presentation of a photo ID.
  • Ticket holders under 18 years of age may enter the premises only accompanied by a legal guardian who has full supervision responsibility for the minor on the premises.
  • Alcohol will not be served to minors.

 

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited on the festival grounds:

  • Glass (of any kind)
  • Laser equipment/laser pens
  • Gas canisters
  • Fireworks, klaxons, air horns, or similar
  • items that can produce loud noises
    Items that can potentially be used as weapons


You may be searched by our security personnel at the entrance or on the premises. All items that are illegal or mentioned above will be confiscated. No responsibility will be taken for returning confiscated items. Owners of illegal substances may face the possibility of being reported.

 

Camping

The festival does not offer camping facilities.
